Jessica is a certified 500 Hour registered Yoga Teacher. What started out as a simple way to exercise ended up becoming the guiding force through some unexpected events that would take place in her life.
As she deepened her connection with her body through asana, she found that she was also deepening her connection with her mind. Her practice continues to inspire her to discover strength within herself every day. Through her mindful and focused classes, she hopes her students also find strength but more importantly, she wishes for her students to find a positive perspective in life both on and off the mat.
