Yoga Instructor

In 2013, back in Russia, yoga literally found me – and it has been a total love affair since then. Very soon after starting, I had my first yoga-epiphany, and realized the amazing threefold nature of yoga – that it can and will most certainly enhance physical, mental, and spiritual changes in dedicated student.

My first teacher Denis Mikhailovsky, taught me how the practice not only eases the mind, but also challenges the body and lifts the spirit to new heights. Over the years as I started experimenting with different teachers and styles, I realized that yoga is for every body and everyone can find what they are looking for. Ashtanga gives me strength, Vinyasa – freedom, restorative yoga is about feeling grounded and I enjoy to unite aspects of all of them into my practice.

But my life changing epiphany came after a pretty bad bicycle accident that kept me laidup for a few weeks. It was during this time of self-understanding when I saw a way of helping myself by serving others. I've completed my 200h teacher's training at JaiPure under the clear guidance of Loryn Riggiola and Marcie Wallace where I got to experience first-hand knowledge about the oneness and complexity of yoga. As I wanted to deepen my knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics I got enrolled in 300h training with Mat Giordano (chromatic yoga).

I am so eager to share the light, love, strength and clarity my practice has given me with others. My classes focus on pushing my student's boundaries while opening their hearts, to create true physical, mental, and spiritual oneness.
